We are a bourbon loving house. So when I saw these I knew I had to try them!


Bourbon Snickerdoodle Blondies
Equipment
- Stand Mixer
- 8×8 Baking Pan
Ingredients
Batter
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter melted and cooled
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg room temperature
- 2 tbsp Bourbon
- 1 ¼ cups All Purpose Flour
- ¾ tsp Cream of Tartar
- ¼ tsp Salt
Topping
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 8×8 pan.
- In your mixer, using the paddle attachment, cream together the melted butter and sugar on high for 30 seconds. Add in egg and bourbon, mix for another 30 seconds
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, and salt.
- Fold in dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined. Then add the batter to the prepared 8×8 pan.
- Mix together the additional Sugar and Cinnamon and sprinkle on top of the batter.
- Bake 30-35 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy
